Please read the following terms and conditions of sale
before purchasing your item.
Payment
We will accept payment by paypal or by debit / credit card paid through paypal, we also accept crossed or uncrossed postal orders and crossed money orders made out in pounds sterling, and cheques drawn on a UK bank account in pounds sterling
Please note: if paying by cheque or postal/money order your purchase will not be sent until the cheque/money order has been cleared and the payment is shown as such in our bank account, which could take up to Fifteen days from the receipt of the payment. Orders purchased using payment by cheque/ postal/money order will be held for seven days from purchase to allow for receipt of the cheque/ postal/money order. Should payment have not been recieved within 7 days from purchase, any items ordered will be returned to sale. Should payment not complete due to any circumstances, any items ordered will be returned to sale and only payment by Paypal or credit/ debit card will then be accepted.

Please note: When selecting Royal Mail Standard non tracked postage.
Claims for loss will only be accepted after the carriers have confirmed non delivery.
If delivery is confirmed by the carriers any further claim will be at the purchasers liability.
Please Note: That though Collectables Corner are happy to send your order to any address as specified by the customer, we will not accept any liability for orders when the delivery address is a business address or a premises where the person`s accepting the delivery could be someone other than the named recipient. And that any claim for non delivery or damage to an order where the purchaser has selected it to be delivered to such an address will only granted if it is accepted as such by the carrier.

Collectables Corner reserve the right to exclude any items they wish from their Free Post Discount offer which will only be applied at our discretion on selected lines. It will be unavailable when a coupon is applied, or when selected offer / clearance lines are added to the basket. and will be dependant on the products selected and total weight of either the product and / or shopping basket. Please add your intended purchases to the basket to confirm if our Free Post shipping offer will be available.
International Buyers
We will accept payment by paypal. or by a credit / debit card payment made through paypal. all payment to be made in British Pounds Sterling only. We will also accept Crossed Money Orders drawn in Pounds Sterling.

International Buyers - Please Note:
Import Duties, Taxes and Charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. these charges are the Buyer`s Responsibility. It is therefore advisable to check with your country`s customs office to determine what these additional cost could be prior to bidding / buying. These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (courier) company or when you pick up the item. Please do not confuse them for additional p&p charges. Please be aware we do not mark merchandise values below or mark items as gifts. as international government regulations prohibit such behavior.
Europe & Worldwide Courier parcel service.
Due to the fact that Courier`s will no longer provide Compensation against loss or damage for China / porcelain products. It is with regret that Collectables Corner can now only offer this service on a customers own liability / risk only basis. We will not accept any responsability for any loss or damage to your order when using this service, and all orders placed selecting this delivery service will be sent at your own risk.
All Purchases
We will endeavour to post your purchase within 3 working days of the cleared payment . (this excludes saturday & sunday) Please remember items purchased from Friday to Sunday may not be posted before Tuesday/ Wednesday. Please make sure there is someone available to receive your parcel, as item`s returned undelivered will normally incur a further delivery charge before being re-sent, and may also incur a returned postage charge by the carriers which will be deducted from any refund that may be forthcoming. If you require your item to be posted to a different address or p.o box . you will need to select a recorded signed for delivery service. If no recorded signed for service is offered, please wait for a revised invoice before paying. Please remember that we take no automatic responsibility for items lost or damaged by the postal system, and we always get proof of postage which we will send should it be necessary. We will however always be of assistance should the necessity arise, that a claim be required to be made against the carrier.
In the event of non receipt or damage of your order, any Notification of Damage to your order must be recieved by us within 24hrs of the carrier recorded delivery of your order and any Notification of Non Receipt of your Order must be recieved by us within Fourteen days of Dispatch of your parcel. Any refunds that may become applicable for an item that has not been recieved will be made in up to 30 days of notification of confirmed non receipt, or in the case of your purchase arriving damaged, within 30 days of our receiving the return of your damaged purchase, so as to allow us time to confirm that it is the same item as sent and contact the relevant carrier service for confirmation. If no notification of Damage has been recieved within 24hrs of the recorded delivery of your order or if in the case of Non Receipt, within the required fourteen days. We will consider your item as safely delivered. Parcels that arrive damaged by the carrier should be rejected at delivery or reported to us within 1hr of the carrier recorded delivery of your order. We will combine packaging of multiple purchases in order to reduce postal cost if possible, and may use recycled packaging in order to help save the enviroment. All fraudulent claims for damage of, or non receipt of goods will be reported to the relevant authorities.

Collectables Corner offer a limited Liability Carrier Insurance up to the Maximum value as shown at checkout. For all Parcels that exceed these values, it is advisable to select a service that provides full cover for your order. Any claim for compensation that may be required to be made against the carrier service, may only be valid up to the service level of cover that has been selected by the purchaser at checkout.
Item Returns
All our items are covered by a Full Purchase Price Money Back Guarantee should you not be completely satisfied with your purchase.
This Guarantee is Subject to the Following Conditions:-
All returns must be agreed in advance by contacting us using the Customer Services Returns tab which can be found at the bottom of every page
Items returned that we have not previously agreed will be void of any refund
We will only automatically accept returns on items that are clearly not as described on our website. All return request and all claims for damage, or items or parts missing from an order, must be made within in 24 hours of the carriers recorded delivery, and all accepted returns must be completed within 14 days of confirmed delivery. 21 days for international purchases. Items returned or claims made that are outside of the above mentioned time scale will be void of any refund, unless agreed by us in advance. All returns must be returned with all of the original decorative packaging and accessories intact as supplied, with no after sales faults or damage having been sustained to said original packaging. Returns must be carefully re-packaged for the return, with all accessories supplied, using the original protection and outer packaging as used to send the item, or contained in a suitably secure replacement outer box and protective packaging that fully protects the item on its return journey. Items that are returned without all of their decorative packaging or accessories as originally supplied, or items returned in poly bags of any description that do not provide sufficient protection for the item or its original decorative packaging will be void from any refund. All our items are security marked and come with a serial numbered void if removed security label attached which will be photographed at dispatch, and should it be found that the item returned does not have the applied security marks and label that match the photographs taken, the return will be void and the matter will be reported to the Police. The buyer to pay for all postage and packaging costs incurred with any returns, unless otherwise agreed. returns of items dispatched by freepost will also be liable for the original cost of postage which will be deducted from any refund made. Once the item has been received, inspected and security checked. and confirmed to be as sent. we will initiate a refund of your original payment, minus all postage, packaging, and miscellaneous cost, to include the cost of any promotional u.k freepost postage offer, already incurred in the dispatch of your purchase. we will also deduct in full from any refund due, any offers, discounts, deals or promotions that were previously applied to your order whether your order was returned in part or full. Items returned due to a remorse change of mind may incure a 25% handling / restocking fee. We will accept no responsibility for returned goods lost or damaged in the post, by the carrier as selected by the purchaser to return the parcel, and that any such damage will be down to the purchaser to pursue with the carriers used.
We would advice that a recorded/ tracked proof of postage is obtained for all items returned.

Please note that all our items come with a serial numbered void if removed security label attached, a photographic record of which will be taken at dispatch. Please do not remove this label! until you are fully satisfied with your purchase. Items returned without the recorded serial security label attached will be void from any refund.
All photo`s shown are a representation of the item being sold and we will not accept returns on the grounds that the colour is not the same as the photo shown as this can be affected by the type of browser used and the screen resolution as set on your device.

Cancelled Orders and Change of Mind Returns
Due to the payment proccessing companys no longer refunding transaction charges on completed orders.
There will be a 5% transaction charge levied on all customer change of mind returns and cancelled orders.
This charge will be deducted from any refunds of payments made.
Please remember that when purchasing any of our items you are entering into a binding contract, and are agreeing fully to our terms and conditions of sale as listed above. there will be no exceptions to these conditions under any circumstances. We retain the right to cancel the sale without consultation or recrimination, should we feel that for any reason these conditions of sale have been abused, or that for any reason the conditions of the purchase warrant it. All postage charges shown are estimated. these charges may be subject to change at our discretion and will depend on the combined final value of the items purchased, and any changes made to the prices charged by the postal provider.
