Delivery Information
We will endeavour to dispatch your purchase within 4 working days (this excludes saturday & sunday) of the confirmed cleared payment ( up to 5 working days for Freepost orders). Please note that items purchased from Friday to Sunday may not be dispatched before Thursday. and it is advisable to make sure there is someone available to receive your parcel, as item`s that are returned undelivered will normally incur a further delivery charge before being re-sent.
If you require your item to be posted to a different address or p.o box . you will need to select a tracked signed for delivery service. If no tracked signed for service is offered you will need to contact us for a revised invoice before paying.
Please remember that we take no automatic responsibility for items lost or damaged or delayed by the postal system, and we always get proof of postage which we will send should it be necessary. We will always assist in anyway possible should it be required.
Please Note: That though Collectables Corner are happy to send your order to any address as specified by the customer, we will not accept any liability for orders when the delivery address is a business address or a premises where the person`s accepting the delivery could be someone other than the named recipient. And that any claim for non delivery or damage to an order where the purchaser has selected it to be delivered to such an address will not be accepted.

Collectables Corner offer a limited Liability Carrier Insurance up to the Maximum value as set by the carriers for the postage service selected at checkout. For all U.K Parcels that exceed these values, it is advisable to select a service that provides full cover for your order. Any claim for compensation that may be required to be made against the carrier service, will only be valid up to the level of cover that has been selected by the purchaser.

Claims for loss will only be accepted after the carriers have confirmed non delivery.
If delivery is confirmed by the carriers, any further claim will be at the purchasers liability.

Collectables Corner reserve the right to exclude any items they wish from their Free Post Discount offer which will only be applied at our discretion on selected lines. It will be unavailable when a coupon is applied, or when selected offer / clearance lines are added to the basket. and will be dependant on the products selected and total weight of either the product and / or shopping basket. Please add your intended purchases to the basket to confirm if our Free Post shipping offer will be available
Please ensure that you have selected the correct postage service for the delivery destination required. Any purchase made that has not selected the correct postage service for the required destination will not be posted until the correct postage payment has been made. Please make sure that you have selected the correct service that insures your purchase up to the full value that you require as any claim for compensation that may be made against the carrier service, will only be valid up to the level of cover that has been selected.
International Buyers please note that import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer`s responsibility. It is therefore advisable to check with your country`s customs office to determine what these additional cost could be prior to bidding / buying. These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (courier) company or when you pick up the item. Please do not confuse them for additional p&p charges. Please be aware we do not mark merchandise values below or mark items as gifts, as international government regulations prohibit such behavior.
Compensation for orders sent to a third party shipping service for redelivery to an international destination will only be covered against loss or damage to the UK address as provided at checkout. Any such damage must be reported within 24hrs of the confirmed delivery of the parcel to the UK address as provided at checkout.
International orders returned as unaccepted by your countries custom services
Orders returned to us for any reason by your countries custom services will be liable for a further postage payment to be made before we can attempt another delivery.
Should you wish to cancel the returned order we will upon confirmation having been received, refund the payment of the purchase price paid minus all cost as charged against the transaction by the payment processor. This refund will not include the cost of the postage as used in the dispatch of your order.
It is therefore advisable to check to determine what items may not be considered as acceptable by your country`s customs office before making your purchase.
